About Condominios Pilar:
Condominios
Pilar is a beautiful Spanish-style property that sits on two miles of untouched white sandy beach dotted with palm trees.
Condos Pilar is a privately owned and operated complex, made up of one, two and three bedroom condos. Wi-fi internet connection
is available everywhere on the Pilar grounds.
Pilar is an unusually tranquil
setting. It is visited and inhabited by the kind of people who really appreciate peace and quiet. They revel in non-motorized/non-intrusive
activities such as kayaking, canoeing, birding, hiking, beachcombing, clamming, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling, reading,
napping on the beach, and the like.
Pilar has a true sense of community.
In the evenings, it is common to see folks gathered at the seawall to watch the stunning sunsets, sharing hors d'oeuvres
and cocktails while visiting with each other.
Owners take great pride in
caring for their homes. There is 24-hour security. The grounds are spectacular with year-round semi-tropical flowers and trees
-- and a gardening crew that works six days a week to keep the place beautiful.
Surrounded by a manicured landscape, this home-by-the-sea has a variety of things to enjoy such as a garden-side
adult pool with poolside fireplace and adjacent children’s pool. There is also a barbeque area for group gatherings
near the pool and tennis courts.

Pilar boasts one of the better restaurants in the area, the Mar de Cortez, with
a fully stocked bar, daily specials and friendly wait staff. Ask Mario to sing traditional Mexican songs to accompany
your meal.
At sunset, Alejandro, a colorful local merchant, arrives in his
truck, loaded with fresh fish and shrimp, tasty bread, local fruits and vegetables, tortillas and salsa. Pilar residents gather
around, filling their baskets with riches for dinner. Alejandro is often heard to say, "These shrimp slept last night
right here in the ocean!"
Pilar is a truly unique place that is loved by intelligent, eco-minded adults, where
children are safe to roam the beaches, hang out with friends around a beach campfire by night, and swim in a small bay that
hosts two pods of dolphin. The drinking water is safe, the lifestyle is easy and the Pilar management is dedicated and exemplary.
Popular activities are bonfires on the beach, fishing, sailing, windsurfing,
and clam digging in the adjoining estuary. The beach is perfect for watching the dolphins in the early morning, beach combing,
meeting new friends or enjoying a margarita while watching a magnificent sunset.
